Instructions
To create a new report:
  1. Click the new report button above.
  2. Fill in the username or IP and vandalized page and remove the placeholders
  3. Click save changes.

Administrators:

  1. Check the user's edit history.
  2. If you need to block the user/ip, click the "block" link next to the username or IP.
  3. Block the user as usual.
  4. Mark the report as "done" when the user is blocked.
  5. If you deny the report, mark the report as "not done".
  6. If you need to comment, use the {{Comment|enter comment here}} template.
